Bev Kummerow, age 89, former Two Rivers resident, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 at the Aurora Medical Center in Two Rivers.

Bev was born in Two Rivers on October 2, 1936 to Edward and Regina (Brusky) Steffel. She graduated from Two Rivers Washington High School with the class of 1954. On June 9, 1956, she married Richard "Dick" Kummerow at St. Luke's Catholic Church, Two Rivers. Dick preceded her in death February 4, 2021. Bev was employed for a number of years at Hamilton Industries in Two Rivers and later worked at Paragon Electric until her retirement. She also volunteered for many years at Felician Village and in the Medical Records at Aurora Medical Center. Bev was a member of St. Peter the Fisherman Catholic Parish where she sang with the Coming Home Funeral Choir for many years, and also volunteered as a money counter at the church. Bev loved to crotchet, and in her spare time enjoyed creating many beautiful items for the community.

She is survived by her son, Richard "Rick" Kummerow (special friend, Donna) of Land O' Lakes, Florida; her daughter & son-in-law, Kim (Brad) Loose of Oostburg, WI; two grandchildren: Kelly Engelke and Brent (Sarah) Loose; and three great-grandchildren: Nicolas, Sophia, and William Engelke; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Regina Steffel; husband, Dick Kummerow; her sister & brother-in-law, Betty (Clarence) Petrashek; father & mother-in-law, Alden and Adeline Kummerow; and brothers & sisters-in-law: Wayne (Jane) Kummerow and Paul (Marnee) Kummerow.

In accordance with Bev's wishes, there will be no formal service held. Burial will take place in Pioneer Rest Cemetery, Two Rivers.
