Dale E. Swoboda, age 79, a resident of both Two Rivers and Kewaunee, passed away peacefully, Saturday morning, December 13, 2025, at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay. Dale was extremely proud of keeping his family’s farm and continuing the legacy of 150+ years. He was an avid collector of farm toys, in which he was very knowledgeable on each and every item in his collection. Many of his family and friends referred to him as being a ‘historian’ because he was so educated about farm toys. In 2014, Dale was inducted into the Farm Toy National Hall of Fame Museum. In 2017, Dale was the designer behind the commemorative Farm Technology Days toy, which was held in Kewaunee County. He was a member of MANY farm collector clubs locally and nationally. Dale was very proud to be a founding member and vice president of the Agricultural Heritage and Resource Center in Kewaunee.

A celebration of Dale’s life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Agricultural Heritage and Resource Center, N2251 State HWY 42, Kewaunee, WI 54216, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with military honors to be accorded at 3:00 p.m. in the parking lot.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Dale’s name to be sent to the Agricultural Heritage and Resource Center.
