Lee Klatt, age 89, lifelong resident of Two Rivers, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the Hamilton Care Center in Two Rivers.
Lee was born in Two Rivers on December 1, 1935, to Burton “Pat” and Verla (Pagel) Klatt. He graduated from Washington High School with the class of 1954 then furthered his education at a Manitowoc Technical College. Lee served his country as a member of the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1964, followed by 8 years of inactive service. He worked for many years at Formrite Tube Company in Two Rivers until his retirement.
He is survived by his guardian and caregiver, Donna Rae Parker; a very special friend, Joe Partipilo; and other relatives: Gene and Janice Pagel, and Jimmy and Delores Parker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pat and Verla Klatt; and a special friend, Joann Vogt.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at the Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th Street, Two Rivers. Chaplain Steve Cornelius will preside at the service with burial to follow in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers. Military graveside honors will be held at the funeral home immediately following the service by members of American Legion Post #165 and VFW Post #1248 of Two Rivers.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home prior to the service, from 10:00 until 11 a.m. There will be no Tuesday evening visitation.
